Chapter meetings are the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:00 at the Shasta View Community Center, corner of Shasta Way and Madison Ave.

Mission  statement: “To provide an abundant huntable wildlife resource in Oregon for present and future generations, enhancement of wildlife habitat and protection of hunter’s rights.”

The Klamath Chapter utilizes the funds raised at our Annual Fundraising Banquet in support of many wildlife enhancement projects. Some of those projects are:

Access & Habitat – JWTR Cooperative wildlife project

Chukar Release – Raised and released for fall youth hunting

Guzzler Maintenance – Maintaining ‘Water for Wildlife’ sites

Hart Mountain Project – Annual habitat restoration work

Klamath County Fair – Barbeque for FFA and 4H

Local and State 4-H – Enhancing Youth training

JSSA Youth – Jefferson State Shooting Association Support

Pheasants Unlimited – Released for fall youth hunting

P.L.A.Y. Outdoors- Youth day

Youth Out-Door Adventures-Youth Day

USDA Trapper – Reducing wildlife predation

Youth Antelope Hunt – Barbeque and Orientation
