Klamath Rental Owners Association (KROA) is a membership organization whose goal is continually improving service to the renting public. KROA does this by enhancing knowledge of its members and affiliate members. KROA promotes high standards among member landlords when dealing with the renting public, with members of the Association, and with businesses serving the rental housing industry. KROA encourages member landlords to maintain their rental properties in a professional manner that reflects favorably on the Klamath Rental Owners Association and its parent organization, the Oregon Rental Housing Association (ORHA), the local community, and the rental housing industry in general. Klamath Rental Owners Association assists members to understand and comply with current local, state, and federal landlord-tenant laws through ongoing education.
