Executive Board
President
Scott Siracusa
Running Y Resort

Born in a rural Illinois farming community, Scott Siracusa began his career in the decorative surfaces industry in 1990. In 2019, Scott began working to move himself and the New Wilsonart factory to Klamath Falls Oregon. After retiring from Wilsonart, Scott entered into a partnership with Mr. Bill Lynch and is now the managing partner for the Running Y Resort. In addition to serving on the Klamath Chamber of Commerce, he also serves as the Honorary Wing Commander 173 Fighter Wing of Kingsley Field, is a member of the Klamath County Strategic Plan Committee, has served as the Klamath County Library Advisory Board as Chairman of the Board, serves on the Chamber Government Affairs Committee, serves on the Tourism Grant Committee and the Economic Development Committee, and serves on the Discover Klamath Board.
Scott, his wife Heather, and their Border Collie are very proud to call Klamath Falls their home. Scott enjoys riding motorcycles, mountain biking, paddle boarding and snowboarding in his free time.

2nd Vice President
Brienne Humphrey
U.S. Bank

Brienne is the Branch Manager at U.S. Bank here in Klamath Falls. Her banking career started right out of high school as a part time teller in Issaquah, WA.
In addition to being fortunate enough to be the 2nd Vice President for this board she is currently the Treasurer for the Klamath Falls Downtown Association, Secretary for the Klamath County Economic Development Association and an active board member for the South Central Oregon Economic Development District. Past contributions include volunteering for Junior Achievement, Meal on Wheels for the Klamath Basin Senior Center, the Klamath County Library Foundation, The Klamath County Chamber Champions, The United Way of the Klamath Basin, the Klamath Falls City Schools budget committee, the Klamath County budget committee and the Klamath County Economic Vitality grant committee.
Brienne has lived in the Klamath community for 15 years enjoying everything it has to offer. Her hobbies include raising a Mazama, a KLC, and 2 Klamath Union graduates, hiking, knitting, reading and shopping LOCAL.
Treasurer
Bryan Phillips
AFLAC

Born and raised in Klamath County, Bryan serves as District Sales Coordinator with Aflac. After opening his own insurance agency, he contracted with Aflac, Mass Mutual, TransAmerica and others. Bryan’s professional experience began at Ray’s Food Place where he worked as a checker all the way up to store director. After 16 years with Ray’s Food Place Bryan began a 12-year career with US Bank as Commercial Relationship Manager and Asst. Vice President.
Bryan is an Oregon Tech graduate where he earned a degree in Accounting Technology.
Bryan currently volunteers on the board of directors for Klamath-Lake CARES and has previously served on the board for KFDA, KCEDA, BFAST and West Scholarship committee.
Bryan’s Hobbies include travel, home improvement, camping, shooting, side by side rides and being outdoors.

Austin Lesueur
Midland Empire Insurance

Austin was born and raised in Klamath Falls, where he graduated from Henley High School in 2009. Austin enjoyed basketball, academics, and being outdoors while growing up in the basin. After High School, Austin enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he dealt in Supply and Administration. During his time in the Marines, Austin was able to travel many places and meet people from all walks of life.
Although Camp Lejeune, North Carolina was home for most of the time, Austin also got to see Kuwait, Jordan, Spain, and Gibraltar on a deployment with 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines in 2012. After the Marine Corps Austin bounced around the West Coast for a year before ending up in college in Bozeman, Montana, where he graduated in 4 years with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Montana State University. Austin moved back to Klamath Falls in 2018 and began working in the family business, Midland Empire Insurance Agency, which he and his brother bought on January 1, 2020. Austin and his dog Sloan spend their days selling insurance, hunting, and fishing – truly enjoying all the great opportunities the Klamath Basin has to offer.

Klamath Chamber Staff
Heather Harter
Executive Director

Heather joined the Chamber staff in August 2008 as the Marketing and Program Coordinator. Prior experience has provided an opportunity to build excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Most recently, Heather was appointed the
Executive Director of the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce in November, 2016.
She has a strong background in customer service, serving as a Customer Care training coordinator. In this capacity, Heather helped identify areas for improvement and then developed curriculum to provide solutions. She delivered the curriculum in classroom settings as well as online via webinars. Heather has also worked in law offices as a legal assistant. She believes the success of a community relies on its citizens and encourages people to get involved.
