A MESSAGE FROM TYLER: I was born and raised Texan. I can tell you, although I dearly love Oregon, one of the things I really miss about Texas is the bar-b-que. The great traditional community bar-b-que that attract enormous crowds, are legendary occasions.

There is nothing like Texas Bar-B-que. It can’t be imported or duplicated. I can’t give you real Texas Bar-B-que without taking you there. BUT I am going to try my best to bring you the same flavors and aromas that makes Texas BBQ famous.
