KLCAS is the designated Community Action Program for Klamath/Lake Counties. We are a non-profit 501 (c) (3) agency that seeks and distributes State and Federal funding to local social-service providers throughout Klamath and Lake Counties. The new Homeownership Center (Klamath & Lake Homewownership Center, KLHC) provides a variety of services and loan program referrals to assist individuals in reaching a goal of homeownership.
