The purpose of this organization shall be to promote and stimulate the interest in the hobby of 7 1/2″ gauge model railroading in Chiloquin and the Southern area of Oregon to promote the education and appreciation by the public, and to provide a facility to allow the public to experience first hand the pleasures of miniature railroading.
