Cascades East Family Medicine Center is an out-patient clinic and residency program owned by Sky Lakes Medical Center. Physicians who further specialize in rural family medicine train with faculty and provide full-spectrum care for patients at Cascades East. The residency is ACGME-accredited through Oregon Health & Science University.
