Aspen Title Opens an Escrow Branch

Aspen Title & Escrow, Inc. has opened up an escrow branch at 1307 South Alameda Avenue, Suite C here in Klamath Falls, adjacent to Crater Lake Parkway and Eberlein Avenue, next to Roger's Interiors. Aspen Title is a tenant with Phill Kensler of State Farm Insurance in Phill's new building built by Bellett Construction. Aspen Title provides full escrow services and convenience in easy access and parking in their new location. Aspen Title continues to service it's customers at 525 Main Street and continues to provide title and escrow services at its downtown location as well. Please stop by and meet the staff at their new and current locations. With all of the changes in the real estate market, Aspen Title has continued to grow and position itself as a community minded company, ready to service all of Klamath's real estate needs.

State Farm Agency Moves

Phill Kensler just celebrated relocation of his State Farm Agency to S. Alameda Avenue (just north of Roger's Interiors). Phill was previously located on Washburn Way where he first opened his office in 2001. He and his wife, Lisa, are originally from Boise, Idaho where they worked for years together at Hewlett Packard. They looked at several other State Farm locations before choosing to make Klamath Falls their home. Phill, Lisa, and their three children enjoy the outdoor activities that Klamath Falls provides as well as the small town friendliness of the entire community. Phill, Lisa, and his staff especially want to thank their current policy holders, Bellet Construction, and everyone else in the community who were instrumental in helping to make his new office possible. Phill and his staff are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and look forward to working with their clients in 2008.

Jack in the Box Grand Opening

Located on Washburn Way, Jack in the Box was the Nation's first drive-thru hamburger chain as well as the leader in the fast-food innovations. Jack in the Box Restaurants strive to ensure that the food they serve exceeds their guests' high expectations for quality and safety. The first day open to the public, December 10th 2007, was a hit and we are sure Jack in the Box will be a great addition to our business community.
