The Klamath County Chamber of Commerce and the Klamath County Association of Realtors will be co-sponsoring a public forum to learn about the effects of Measure 49 on property owners.

The forum, featuring David Hunnicutt, President of Oregonians in Action and Mike Spencer, Attorney at Law will be January 21st, 2008 at 7pm in the Ross Ragland Cultural Center, 218 N. 7th St, Klamath Falls.

Many issues surrounding Measure 49 are guaranteed to confuse property owners, lawyers, courts and planners for sometime to come. This forum will help clarify these issues so that property owners have a better understanding of what rights they still have under Measure 49 and how the measure will work in practice.

The Forum on Measure 49 is open to the public and there is no cost. Seating will be limited, for more information call the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce at 884-5193.
