The downtown Klamath County Library and the Klamath Falls Friends are hosting a screening and discussion of the film The Other Side of Immigration on Sunday, April 2nd at 2 pm.
The filmmakers behind The Other Side of Immigration interviewed over 700 people in rural Mexican communities, asking why undocumented immigrants come to the U.S., the difficulties involved with sending money back home, and what happens to the families and towns that migrants leave behind. Members of the Klamath Falls Friends Peace and Social Concerns Committee will lead a discussion after the screening.
