Have a Summer Shindig at the Klamath County Library!
Tuesday, August 8th 6pm
Wednesday, August 9th 10:30am
Downtown Klamath County Library
You’ve made Summer Reading Program 2017 a huge success, and to celebrate, we’re throwing a Summer Shindig! Join us Wednesday, August 9th at 10:30 am for games, crafts and prizes! It’ll be a festival of books, with “carnival booths” celebrating beloved book series.
We open the doors on Wednesdays at 10 am especially for the Summer Reading Program Family Performance Series, with games starting at 10:30 am. After the Shindig, join us for lunch across the street at the Klamath County courthouse. (Can’t make it to the Wednesday morning event? Join us for a Family Night Summer Shindig on Tuesday, August 8th at 6 pm!)
(Summer Reading Program is almost over! Your last day to turn in “reading passports” for Summer Reading Program prizes is Friday, August 11th.)
The Summer Shindig is for all ages, but those under 10 years old need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, please. Adults must be accompanied by a child for admittance to the library during the Wednesday event.
