Creature Teachers bringing scaly, slithery fun to the Klamath County Library

Tuesday, August 1st 6pm
Wednesday, August 2nd 10:30am
Downtown Klamath County Library

The Creature Teachers animal ambassadors are bringing scaly, slithery fun to the Klamath County Library on Wednesday, August 2nd at 10:30 am.

We open the doors on Wednesdays at 10 am especially for the Summer Reading Program Family Performance Series. After the show, join us for lunch across the street at the Klamath County courthouse. (Can’t make it to the Wednesday morning performance? Join us for Family Night on Tuesday, August 1st at 6 pm!)

The Creature Teachers ambassadors (and their human friends) are on a mission to educate through up-close-and-personal encounters with live animals, aiming to dispel the fear that some have toward reptiles, spiders, and other “creepy crawlies.” You can find photos of the critters and more at their website, creatureteachers.weebly.com, or follow them on Facebook at www.facebook.com/pg/CreatureTeachersOregon.

This performance is for all ages, but those under 10 years old need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, please. Adults must be accompanied by a child for admittance to the library during this special event.
