General Show Information

Date of Event:
June 21, 2008 — Gates will open at 9:00 am

General Admission:
Age 6 and up $4.00 in advance or $6.00 at the gate

Reserved Seating:
$20.00 (Near show center with beverages available in seating area)

Tickets Available Now:
General Admission and Reserved Seating Tickets are be available by calling the The Ross Ragland Theater Box Office at 541.884.LIVE and at the gate day of event. (Tickets are non-refundable) You are welcome to bring folding lawn chairs or blankets for use in the general seating areas.

Security:
Due to security concerns; No coolers (soft or hard), large bags, backpacks or umbrellas will be allowed on the event site. No pets, glass containers, alcohol, offsite food or beverages or weapons of any kind will be allowed. All carry in items and persons are subject to search by security and law enforcement personnel.

Weather:
Check local weather forecasts prior to the show. A little rain or overcast skies will not necessarily cancel the show; many acts are able to perform in the rain. All decisions regarding a possible weather cancellation will be made based on conditions at the event site.
Bring plenty of sunscreen, a hat and wear comfortable shoes the event site is large and very little shade will be available.

Noise:
Air shows can be noisy, wear hearing protection if you have sensitive ears and provide hearing protection for small children.

Smoking:
Smoking will be allowed in a few designated areas only. Smoking is prohibited on the flightline and near any aircraft or vehicles at all times.

Flying In:
Please review restricted dates and times to arrive by plane at the Klamath Falls airport.

Parking:
Parking will be available near the Klamath Falls Airport and at designated sites with shuttle service to the event. View recommended driving directions and parking information.

Access:
Motorcyclists and bicyclists will have easy access to the show (parking details to be announced). Shuttles will be running from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Turn Thom Tire Factory on Washburn Way, as well as Pacific Crest FCU on Washburn Way and/or from a Homedale (parked field) pick up point soon to be announced.

Trash:
Please deposit all trash in the proper receptacle, trash is a severe hazard for all planes, especially jets. Please don't litter!
